NORWICH — Yard sale enthusiasts will not want to miss this one! Saturday, June 5, is the annual six-state Historic National Road Yard Sale.

The annual yard sale is a great opportunity to browse for that perfect collectible or antique and a great way to spend time and enjoy the camaraderie of friends as you learn more about the history of the National Road.

Got something to sell?

The Friends of the National Road/Zane Grey is offering a 10-by-20 space to vendors on the museum grounds for $10. The yard sale will be open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

There will be no charge to shop on the museum grounds.

The museum will be open regular hours (10 a.m. to 4 p.m.) for regular admission prices: Adults, $7; seniors, $6; and students, $3. Ohio Historical Society members are free.

Passes are also available to visit both the National Road/Zane Grey Museum and the John & Annie Glenn Historic Site (72 W. Main St., New Concord): Adults, $12; seniors, $10; and students, $5.

For information or to reserve a space, call 826-3305 or 800-752-2602 or stop by the museum (8850 East Pike, Norwich) to pick up a vendor’s application.

The National Road/Zane Grey Museum is managed by the John & Annie Glenn Museum Foundation for the Ohio Historical Society, a non-profit organization that serves as the state’s partner in preserving and interpreting Ohio’s history, natural history, archaeology and historic places.
