NEW CONCORD — The New Concord Area Arts and Recreation District, the New Concord Ruritans and the Friends of the New Concord Area Pool will host a pre-order chicken dinner fundraiser benefiting the pool on Friday, June 18 from 4 to 6 p.m. The dinner includes half a chicken with cole slaw, breadsticks and a cookie for $8 with pre-order on or before June 7. Those who order after June 7 will pay $10 for each dinner. Cash and carry pick-up at the New Concord Elementary School pavilion will last from 4 to 6 p.m. on June 18.
To order chickens, call (740) 638-2125 or (740) 819-5188. Leave a message with your name, phone number and the number of chickens you would like to purchase. Orders can also be placed at ncaard.org.
