Wedding: Kayla Dawn Richardson and Jerry Daniel Wheeler

Kayla Dawn Richardson and Jerry Daniel Wheeler were united in marriage June 13, 2009, at Beckett Avenue United Methodist Church in Cambridge.

The Rev. Randy Mercer officiated the double-ring ceremony.

The bride was given in marriage by her father. She is the daughter of April and Matt Richardson and Donna and Kevin Graham, all of Cambridge.

He is the son of Dennis Wheeler of Cambridge and Sharon White of New Concord.

Anita DeBolt provided special music for the ceremony.

Attending the bride as maid of honor was Mandy Langsdorf. Bridesmaids were Jenny Tetrick and Nicole Miller, sisters of the bride, and Denise Sidders, friend of the bride. Britney Lowrey and Breanna Tetrick, nieces of the bride, served as junior bridesmaids.

Serving the groom as best man was Chris House, his friend. Groomsmen were Kolt Richardson, brother of the bride, Tommy Kussmole and Lester Steele Jr., friends of the groom.

Maddie Miller, niece of the bride, served as flower girl.

Jordan Wheeler, son of the couple, served as ring-bearer.

A reception followed for 200 guests at the Elks in Cambridge, with family and friends hosting.

Guestbook attendant was Lee Ann Beach, friend of the bride.

The new Mrs. Wheeler is a graduate of John Glenn High School and a 2001 graduate of Guernsey-Noble Vocational School, where she majored in marketing.

Her husband attended John Glenn High School. He is a maintenance man for Mr. Lee's Restaurant in Cambridge.

The couple makes their home in Muskingum County.
