Following the dinner the regular meeting got under way.

Bates presented a cross to Loreita Slack for her work in presenting devotions for mother-daughter parties and Guest Nights. Bates also led devotions.

The secretary's and treasurer's reports were read and approved.

Joys and concerns for members were expressed.

The program books for 2010 have been set up and sent to be printed.

Christmas gifts of poinsettias will be taken to shut-ins. Monetary gifts will be sent to local charities.

A thank-you will be extended to those who were in charge of the church's Christmas parade float.
