Marissa Brown and Trent Yoder exchange vows

Marissa Brown and Trent Yoder were united in marriage on Sept. 19, 2009, at Dover Alliance Church in Dover.

The bride was given in marriage by her father. She is the daughter of Tony and Beth Brown of Cambridge.

He is the son of Mel and Nan Yoder of Sugarcreek.

Pastor Max Baker officiated the double-ring ceremony.

Rick Lisle, pianist, and Anthony Brown, violinist, and brother of the bride, provided special music for the ceremony.

Attending the bride as maid of honor was Krissy Hollingsworth. Bridesmaids were Renea Spillman, Nicole Hardy and Hannah Toschlog.

Attending the groom as best man was Nathan Yoder, his brother. Groomsmen were Nick Hershberger, Mike Hershberger and Mark Hamsher.

Hannah Hershberger served as flower girl.

Isaac Yoder served as ring-bearer.

A reception for 250 guests followed at the church.

The new Mrs. Yoder is a graduate of John Glenn High School and a graduate of Malone College. She is an employee of Yoder Lumber Co.

Her husband is a graduate of Highland High School and a graduate of Kent State University. She is also an employee of Yoder Lumber Co.

The couple makes their home in Sugarcreek.
