Brittany Nicole Anderson and Bryan Matthew Carpenter were united in marriage on Sept. 11, 2010, at Friendship Baptist Church in New Concord.
The bride was given in marriage by her parents, Melissa Anderson of Cambridge and Mark Anderson of New Concord.
He is the son of Larry and Donna Carpenter of Cumberland.
Ken Blood officiated the double-ring ceremony.
Jake Barnett provided special music for the ceremony.
Attending the bride as maid of honor was Karlie Anderson, her sister. Bridesmaids were Jess Kyser, Larissa Lent, Lizzie Kappes, friends of the bride, and Haley Crawford, cousin of the bride. Madison Walker, niece of the groom, served as junior bridesmaid.
Serving the groom as best man was Dennis Carpenter, his brother. Groomsmen were Laine Crawford, cousin of the bride, Justin Adams, friend of the groom, and Tyler Walker, nephew of the groom.
Abby Walker and Taelor Holt, nieces of the groom, served as flower girls.
Nathan Walker, nephew of the groom, served as ring-bearer.
A reception followed for 150 guests at the Eagles Aerie, with Cheryl Crawford, friend, Irene Tidball and Becky Miller, aunts of the bride, Lyndi Wolfe, Leighanna Sasser and Amanda Wood, cousins of the bride, hosting.
The new Mrs. Carpenter is a graduate of John Glenn High School. She is a student at DeVry Institute in Columbus.
Her husband is a graduate of John Glenn High School and a graduate of Zane State College. He is an employee of GEO Services.
The couple makes their home in Zanesville.
