NEW CONCORD -- The New Concord Area Arts and Recreation District invites the community to a series of free outdoor programs at the New Concord Reservoir. On Saturday, April 10, attend NCAARD's Tracking class from 10 a.m. to noon.Then return Saturday, April 17 from 10 a.m. to noon to learn Basic Survival Skills. Participants don't need to be an extreme outdoor expert to join. The tracking and survival skills programs are open to ages 11 and older.
