ZANESVILLE — The Muskingum Valley Miracle League is currently taking player registrations for all new players. Former players have received their registration packets in the mail and need to get them turned in as soon as possible. The Miracle League is open to any youth (age 5-18) or adult (19 and older) who is not eligible to play in a regulation baseball league. Anyone wishing to participate should call 740-454-0315 for information.

The games are scheduled on Saturday mornings beginning at 9 a.m. in May, June and July.

The Muskingum Valley Miracle League is a specialized baseball program for youth and adults with a mental or physical disability that prohibits them from participation in a regular baseball program. The barrier-free surface enables players who utilize walkers or wheelchairs or who have vision or mobility problems to participate in a team activity with a buddy to play the game of baseball.

The facility is located on Newark Road behind the former County Home and the Starlight Programs and just across from Ohio University-Zanesville and Zane State.
