ADAMSVILLE — A 72-year-old man suffered serious injuries Tuesday when he fell approximately 14 feet from the roof of a barn on Norfield Road in rural Muskingum County.
Wayne Funk was transported by the Adamsville Community Volunteer Fire Department to Genesis-Good Samaritan Hospital in Zanesville following the accident at approximately 5 p.m.
Funk’s condition was not available as of press time Wednesday.
Funk was reportedly working on the roof alongside his son and grandson when he fell. The men were reportedly repairing damage caused by recent high winds.
Family members reportedly performed CPR until medical personnel arrived at the scene.
