Season passes to New Concord Area Pool are available for half-price.
The pool closes on Aug. 20.
Regular admission is $5 a day but reduced pool passes are available, including, $55 for an adult, $45 for a senior citizen or student; family of two, $75; family of three to five members, $85; and family of six or more, $100.
Pool pass holders can also take advantage of open swim hours on Saturday and Sunday.
“Have an hour between practice and 4-H meeting? Cool off at the pool! Tired and hot from a day of shopping and buying school supplies? Cool off at the pool!” said officials. “It looks like it may storm later today and you don’t want to waste $5 if you only get to swim for a few hours — a Season Pass takes all the pressure off! Even if the weather is bad, you still get your money’s worth. The lifeguards are making up for closures due to stormy weather by staying open longer in the evenings on nice days. Even on a blazing hot day the pool is cool and pleasant, especially in the evening!!”
Passes may be purchased at the pool with cash or check. Pay by credit card on the NCAARD website — www.ncaard.org . Use the PayPal button at the bottom of the registration page.
