ZANESVILLE — Leadership Muskingum offers a chance for people to learn about the resources available in Muskingum County, enhance their leadership skills and network with professionals from around Muskingum County. Leadership Muskingum will kick-off on Friday, Sept. 20, at the Zane State College-Ohio University Zanesville Campus Center. The group will then meet monthly to explore various community topics and build stronger working relationships. Whether your employees are new to the area or have lived and worked in Muskingum County for years, this program is valuable.
Participants will assess their own leadership styles with an interactive workshop. Throughout the year, participants will have opportunity to continue to explore and expand their leadership style as they experience business and industry, government, history and diversity, education, social services and health care, recreation and community initiatives in Muskingum County.
The participation fee is $385, which covers the cost of meals and a day-long retreat. Employers are encouraged to pay for their participating employees. Sponsorship opportunities are available for businesses and organizations that value and support community servant leadership.
