Legislation would create tougher penalties for hit and run drivers who cause injury, fatality

COLUMBUS -- The Ohio Senate moved legislation Tuesday allowing increased criminal penalties against individuals who flee accident scenes that cause serious injury or death.

HB 110 passed on a vote of 23-10 and heads to the governor's desk, following concurrence in the Ohio House.
