Ohio law would increase penalties for police dog killers

COLUMBUS -- Those who purposely kill police dogs would face increased criminal penalties, under legislation passed by the Ohio House Wednesday.

HB 447 moved on a vote of 66-20 and heads to the Ohio Senate for further consideration.

The bill was offered by Reps.
