After many complaints over the lack of options or boredom with the same old things, residents of Zanesville may finally be satisfied with the new options coming their way.

Zanesville recently just got a Noodles & Co. as well as Panera Bread. The new arrivals don’t end there. In about a month, there will be a new place to get all your breakfast wishes. Coming in October will be an iHop. Before this opening in Zanesville, the closest iHop near us is located in Heath. iHop will more than likely put a damper in Denny’s business. More than 20 businesses have opened north of I-70 in Zanesville in the past five years. Popeyes Chicken will also be coming to Maple Avenue.

There are more than just food options arriving nearby. T.J Maxx will be moving into the Colony Square Mall as well as a Five Below. The closest Five Below store is in Columbus. The store’s prices are $1-$5 at all times. This new store is causing a lot of excitement as many people are excited to see what it has to offer.

Zanesville is not the only place preparing for new business. Coming to New Concord will possibly be a Bass Pro Shop. Bass Pro will not be coming if restaurants do not come as well. Restaurants will not come without being able to have the 80-20 program which is a special liquor license. Some possibilities mentioned coming to the community are Applebee’s, Longhorn Steakhouse, Texas Roadhouse and similar national restaurants.

These upcoming stores and restaurants will give you a new place to go while out with friends or with family. Going to the same place time after time can get awfully boring. These new options will be a great chance to finally get out of the same old routine.
