SOMERSET — John Glenn picked up a Muskingum Valley League road victory on Monday afternoon, slipping past host Sheridan by a 158-177 final score at Rush Creek Golf Course.
Conner Reinbau of the Muskies (34-8, 7-3 MV) captured medalist honors with an 38, while teammates Collin Linnabary, Danile Hixson and Steven Hixson each chipped in with 40s for the winners. Sheridan (4-6 MVL) was led by Tobias Martindale with a 43, while Chase Smith and Ethan McCants each carded 44. Tyler Fisher rounded out the Generals scoring with a 46.

The Cambridge High golf team came up empty on Monday night in a home triangular with Meadowbrook and Coshocton at Cambridge Country Club.
Coshocton (3-0) picked up the victory with a 164, while Meadowbrook (2-2) secured second place with a 199, while the Bobcats (0-3) managed a score of 229 to finish third.
Co-medalists Gage Bosson and Patrick Brouse led the Redskins with scores of 39.
Meadowbrook was piloted by Taylor Gander and Cameron May, as the pair each shot a 47. Damon Moore added a 50 and Zack St. Clair chipped in with a 55. Cambridge was led by Lindsay Nunamaker with a 52, while Ben Bruner carded a 55, Drew Wilkin tallied a 60 and Clay McCauley finished with 62.
NEXT—Cambridge heads to Marietta today at 2 p.m. to compete in the Interstate Golf League meet at the Marietta Country Club, while Meadowbrook will engage Dover and West Holmes today in a triangular at Oak Shadows Golf Course in New Philadelphia, with tee time set at 4 p.m.

ST. CLAIRSVILLE— In a quadrangular meet hosted by St. Clairsville High at the Belmont Hills Country Club Monday, the Red Devils took a win, beating River by six strokes with a scored of 164. River carded a 170, while Bishop Donahue finished in third with a 199 and Barnesville brought up the rear with a 210.
Zach Keylor and Adam Jeffries of St. Clairsville each notched a 39 to take co-medalist honors, leading the other pair of Red Devils, Brice Holler and Caden Meyers, who each scored a 43.
Barnesville was led by Chris Doty, who finished with a 44, while Nate Wehr took a 49; J.C. Weiss recorded a 55; and Zach Leach registered a 62. NEXT—Barnesville returns to action on Wednesday as they host Beallsville, St. John Central, and Bishop Donahue in a quad at Crooked Creek Golf Course in Morristown at 4 p.m.
